It is a great overview of engines and their working parts. I had to supplement the book with pictures from the Internet and video simulations from YouTube to make sense of the topics, because the subject is abstract and makes it difficult if you can not see it. If the book have had more images my score would be 5 stars. It did help me understand the cooling and lubricating systems very well.

Book is good but not as in depth as I though it would be. Maybe more information on how to make a better performing engine such as getting more power out of a car.

it is written in an easy to understand format for just about anyone over the age of 12 can understand. I recommend it to anyone seeking knowledge about how engines work and the different types.

Good high level info. I think I should be in a good place to dive into my car's Haynes manual without being completely lost.
